5
step

Delivery & Support

We deliver the final application and, if required, provide hosting setupand ongoing support.

  • Pixel Streaming server setup and hosting (optional)
  • Offline standalone build
  • Cloud access for stakeholders
  • Updates as your model evolves

Ready to start?

Tell us about your project and requirements. We will review the details and suggest the next steps.

How pricing
works

Most AEC projects vary significantly in size, structure and workflow. Below are the key factors that influence pricing.

Model size & complexity

IFC/Revit model weight, polygon count, hierarchy and required optimization.

Required features

Sections, data panels, camera tools, measurements, custom UI and interaction logic.

Visual quality level

From clean engineering visualization to cinematic, UE5-grade materials and lighting.

Delivery format

Video deliverables, standalone viewer, or browser streaming (Pixel Streaming).

Timeline & deadlines

Rush delivery or fixed milestone dates affect iteration cadence and resourcing.

Support & updates

Optional post-delivery updates as the model evolves or requirements change.

About VIOBASIS

An independently developed engine for real-time BIM/AEC visualization.

Built with a strong emphasis on performance, clarity and practical engineering use. No marketing fluff — only tools that help teams understand complex projects faster.

Who I am

Who’s behind the engine

My name is Art Zag.
I’m an independent developer working full-time on VIOBASIS, acting as both product owner and technical lead for each project.

My background combines engineering/construction workflows and IT / real-time graphics development, which allows me to bridge the gap between BIM data and interactive visualization.

I build every part of the engine myself — from core code and UI to streaming integrations, performance optimization and workflow research, while keeping the architecture extensible and production-ready.

Why VIOBASIS exists

Today's infrastructure models are extremely complex. Teams struggle with heavy BIM files, fragmented tools, and slow workflows.

  • Real-time navigation instead of static screenshots
  • Interactive exploration instead of long PDF reports
  • Zero-friction delivery (desktop or browser) for fast stakeholder communication

The goal is not to replace large BIM systems, but to provide a fast, intuitive viewer for design reviews, presentations, and informed decision-making.

What I’m building (core principles)

1 — Purpose-built for AEC

  • Bridges, tunnels, linear structures, complex geometry, large models.

2 — Real-time UX

  • Smooth navigation, instant feedback, no waiting for renders.

3 — Simple distribution

  • Standalone desktop builds or browser-based access via Pixel Streaming.

4 — Expandable engine

  • Designed to grow into simulation, construction progress tracking and reality-capture workflows (photogrammetry, LiDAR).

Where VIOBASIS is going

Short term (0–6 months):

  • Enhanced section planes
  • Measurement tools
  • Layer and material manager
  • Extended BIM/TIM data viewer

Mid term (6–18 months):

  • Stable browser mode
